Duties:

职责：

1. Prepare feasibility study for proposed ideas of new product development, including market information collection and analysis, product function and features proposal, technical requirements confirmation, project schedule arrangement and budget planning etc.

准备产品研发可行性分析，包括市场信息收集与分析，产品功能性能建议，技术要求，项目进程及预算等内容。

2. Conduct new product development and existing products improvement by working closely with global product team on product design, 3D modeling, testing and technical documentation composing.

与国外团队密切合作并主导新产品研发项目及产品改进项目，包括产品设计、3D建模，测试、编撰技术文档等内容。

3. Manage R&D projects, to keep the process align with planned timeline, control the project budget, to achieve all the project goals.

负责研发项目管理，进度及预算控制，达成项目目标。

4. Work closely with production team during testing, trial production and mass production phases, define the possible problem root causes and work out solution quickly, ensure launch of new products on time.

在测试、试产及量产阶段中，与生产团队密切合作，快速解决可能出现的问题，确保新产品及时进入市场。

5. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the product functions, performance, manufacturing process and cost reduction.

与内部团队合作，持续改善产品功能与性能、优化工艺、降低成本。

6. Collect feedback of market by proactively communicating with customers, sales and service team, to understand customer demands deeply and provide solution quickly.

积极与客户、销售及服务团队沟通、收集市场信息，更深入理解客户需求并快速提供解决方案。

7. Involve in localization projects with global team, launch products fitting China local market requirement.

与国外团队及内部团队合作产品本地化项目，制造更符合本地市场需求的产品。

8. Provide technical support, consultation and training to customers and other teams as technical expertise

作为技术专家，为客户及公司内部团队提供技术支持、咨询及培训

9. Track the newest technology of industries and technical trend, research direction of product and technology direction

追踪新的行业及技术潮流，研究产品及技术发展方向。

Requirements：

要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related fields.

机械工程相关专业本科以上学历;

2. More than 3 years’ experience in mechanical design; experience in hydraulic system design or structure design is preferred.
