Responsibilities:

？ Evaluate and improve existing dealer management system to ensure overall operation supports channel sales strategy. 评估、完善现有经销商管理体系，确保整体运营支持渠道销售战略。
？ Analyze status of existing dealers, develop a unified set of dealer development and management standards, procedures and tools. 分析当前经销商现状，发展一套统一的经销商开发管理标准、流程及工具。
？ Work closely with area sales teams, set dealer sales targets and implement dealer development tactics to improve dealers’ sales revenue. 与区域销售团队紧密合作，制定经销商销售目标，落地经销商发展策略，以提升经销商销售份额。
？ Establish dealer training system, design dealer incentive plan, organize dealer events, continuously empower and develop dealer network. 搭建经销商培训体系，设计经销商激励方案，组织经销商活动，持续赋能和发展经销商。
？ Review and refine E-commerce sales strategies, including policy, product portfolio, pricing etc. to increase online sales. 回顾、完善电商销售策略，包括政策、产品组合、定价等，以增加线上销售。
？ Proactively exploit sales potentials in decoration platforms, designer channels to drive sales and enhance brand awareness among end users. 积极开发装修平台、设计师渠道的潜力，拉动销售，提升品牌在终端客户群的知名度。

Experience:
经历：
？ Rich experienced in sales, especially dealer management. E-commerce and Marketing experience is a plus. 有丰富的销售经验，尤其是经销商管理经验。有电商和市场经验者更佳。
？ Minimum 8 years working experience in MNCs in a sales related role, working experience in furniture, kitchen & bath, hardware accessories industry is a plus. 八年以上跨国公司销售从业经验，家具、厨卫、五金配件行业优先考虑。
