职位描述

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
? Develop marketing strategy on tools products in China market, including product portfolio management, NPI roadmap, go-to-market plan, vertical focus to drive business growth
? Define and implement go-to-market activities on new products launch
? Lead and responsible for market intelligence on competitors (pricing/ product/ vertical approach), look for and identify new opportunities
? Working closely with Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
? Interact with supply Chain teams to ensure delivery time, good fill rates
? Work closely with global SBU team on global products update, including NPD projects, pricing, products’ phase in & phase out
? Support marketing activities, events, exhibition, training
? Other task assigned by line manager
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business and/or related field.
? Minimum 8 years related product/industrial experience or related field
? Strong China industry knowledge
? Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
? Decision making and result driven
? Effective communication and influencing skills, able to collaborate cross diverse functions
? Effective written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
