职位描述

Your responsibilities 工作描述
?	Responsible for leading TTM / product project quality activities to achieve TTM / product project targets. Contact window of BU quality for TTM / product project processes.
负责新项目导入阶段的相关质量活动，协助项目完成目标，并负责担当与总部质量人员沟通的窗口。
?	Create and optimize inspection plan for TTM / product project related products, build up and manage sealed samples base on each phase assessment of TTM / product project.
对于新项目中的相关产品，创建和优化检验计划，管理好项目各个阶段样品。
?	Communicate with internally and externally to take lead solving the quality problems during TTM phase.
牵头协同内外部的不同成员一起处理项目进程中的质量问题。

Your profile 基本要求
?	Bachelors Degree or above, majoring in mechanical and engineering related subjects;
本科以上，主修机械工程等相关专业；
?	Good English speaking, reading and writing;
良好的英语口语与读写；
?	Skill & experience in project handling, the ability of trouble shooting and quality tools (DOE, SPC, etc.), especially on product design and inspection skills;
具有项目管理经验、解决问题的能力以及熟悉相关质量工具(DOE, SPC, etc.)的使用，有产品设计与检验技能的尤佳；
?	Good communication ability & interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通及人际交往能力；
?	Minimum 1 year of Quality Engineer experience in a multinational company is preferable.
有至少1年跨国公司质量工程师工作经验的优先。
