Job Description
1.参与新项目开发，负责产品相关的电子组件的研发，在相关技术规格，设计，测量测试，供应商选择及内外部技术沟通交流等方面提供技术支持。
Work with project teams to support the electronic component development internally and externally on specification, design, testing, measuring, IQC, supplier selection, technical communication & discussion.
2.分析并协助处理日常项目开发及产品批量生产过程中出现的相关电子零件的设计及质量等方面的问题。
Analyze and solve the design or quality problems of electronic parts during project development and mass production.
3.建立维护有关电子零件的设计开发，技术质量分析及测试结果等方面的技术文档。
Create the documentation on electronic parts development, analysis and test result.
4.负责创建搏峰公司所有的电子元器件的数据库。
Set up the database of all electronic parts in Bovon.

任职资格：
Requirement
1.本科以上学历，电子或机电专业。
At least bachelor degree in electronic major or mechanical and electrical major.
2.具备英语读写能力，口语流利者优先。
English reading/writing is a must, good oral English is a plus.
3.至少三年以上电子工业技术工作经验，具备一定的电子专业技术研发（特别是在交直流电机及电源电子控制方面）工作经验。
At least 3 years experience of electronic working in industry area,Experience in a professional engineering environment, specialized in electrical motor and power supply controling.
4.熟悉上述电子元器件的特性、设计、测试质量分析及生产。
Have good knowledge of electronic components performance, design, testing, quality analysis and production method.
5.对于EMC的相关要求、测试及问题分析处理，具备基本的知识。
Basic knowhow of EMC requirement, test and problem solution.
6.积极主动,有良好的团队合作意识, 具有良好的分析判断能力，关注细节。
Initiative, good communication and proper team player. must possess excellent analytical capabilities, professional judgment and attention to detail.
