职位描述

Responsible to manage the total quality functions:

负责管理整个质量职能的管理:

Manage the total quality department including incoming, process quality, QS, CQE, SQE and OQE.

管理整个质量部包括进料检验, 过程质量控制, 质量体系, 客户质量, 供应商质量管理以及出货检验.

Lead the whole quality team to achieve the pre-defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

带领整个质量部实现预先设定的关键绩效指标

Fully responsible for the quality of the products being produced.

全面负责生产出来的产品的质量

Define the Factory quality improvement Plan and executing according to plan.

定义工厂质量改善方案并按照计划来执行质量改善方案.

Ensure the Factory Operation is in compliance with the Quality System and Internal Control requirement.

确保工厂的运营符合质量体系的要求和内部质量管控的需要

Full responsible for Quality Department on the customer complaints issue, responsible to implement both the corrective and preventive actions.

全面负责质量部工作, 全权处理客户投诉, 负责纠正预防措施的把控与落实.

Define the CoQ Roadmap in order to support quality cost reduction for our product.

定义质量成本降低的方法论, 以便于支持我们产品成本的降低.

Support the New Product Introduction, New Process Development and New Material Release activities.

支持新产品和新工艺开发以及新物料的质量评审

Promote the Quality Culture in the Factory.

在工厂范围内提升质量文化的宣传力度



Qualification and Requirement

任职资格:

Diploma above in Engineering.

工程相关专业专科以上学历

At least 10 years experience in Quality Management and within which at least 5 years experience in machinery or equipment Industry.

十年以上质量管理经验, 其中五年在机械或设备领域.

Fluent Mandarin Speaking and effective communication by English is a must.

英文听说读写流利

Strong Leadership in driving the performance in quality area.

在推动质量改善的领域有很强的领导能力

In depth knowledge of Quality Management.
