工作内容描述
- Yearly make the related acting plan according to the management goal of dealers
根据经销商管理目标制定年度相关执行方案;
- Participate in the process of signing the sales agreement with dealers and supervise the implement
参与签署与经销商的销售协议并监督实施;
- Participate in the dealers’ daily sales work and help them reach the sales goal with customers.
参与经销商的日常销售工作,帮助他们完成对客户的销售目标;
- Visit dealers regularly and know the status of the service and sales in time. Help dealers make related action plan
经常性巡访经销商,及时了解他们的售后服务和销售情况,帮助经销商制定相关执行方案;
- According to the “agreement of dealer parts and service sales”, supervise the regional dealers to achieve the goal and give advice on rewards and punishments and make the related improvement measures.
根据《经销商零部件和售后市场销售协议》监督地区经销商完成目标并给与建议和制定一系列改进措施;
- Participate in and supervise the execution of authorized service dealer’s batch delivery and propose suggestion.
参与并监督已授权售后服务经销商的发货批次并提出意见;
- Participate in and promote the application of DSM and the localization of service model and propose suggestion
参与经销商沟通并处理客户投诉和冲突;
- Regularly arrange the training of dealer service engineers’ sales and service ability.
定期安排经销商售后服务工程师的销售能力和售后培训;
- Supervise the illegal behavior of dealers then suggest and execute the punishment
监督经销商的不法行为,提出惩罚条件并执行;
- According to the credit rating and limit of dealers, follow up the condition of dealers’ receivables
根据经销商的信用等级,跟进经销商的可信度情况;
- Coordinate the cooperation of interregional dealers
协调各地区经销商之间的合作关系;
- Promote the use of aftermarket dealer info system.
提高售后市场经销商信息系统的使用率。

改进经销商售后市场销售的盈利模式;
- Cooperate with AIF & AIM department, orderly develop the aftermarket service sales of dealers.
与AIF&AIM部门合作,有序开发经销商的售后销售市场。
Experience requirements
职位要求
- More than 2 years experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company, of which 1-2 years experience in compressor industry.
在空压机行业技术或备件销售领域至少2年的工作经验,
- Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.
熟练使用办公软件,包括Microsoft系列和Lotus Notes邮箱。
- Junior college degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
大专及以上文凭,机械工程或相关专业;
- Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
人际沟通能力强,具备销售管理技巧;
- Willing to travel
愿意出差;
