Job description / Mission:
We are looking for an Accounting Team Leader in Atlas Copco Business Service Finance Team. You will be responsible for accounting and reporting processes of Bolaite (Shanghai) Compressor Co., Ltd.:
- Managing all payment vouchers’ preparation including checks, electronic bank transfers and on-line e-payments for final authorization of designated signatories
- Checking and reviewing accounting transactions in general ledger and all sub-ledger
- Reviewing various account reconciliations for final authorization by Business Controllers
- Supporting and reviewing all operational and group reporting in line with the Financial and Administration Manual (FAM)
- Group monthly reports preparation in line with the Financial and Administration Manual (FAM)
- Statutory Reports preparation according to PRC accounting policy
- Monitoring monthly tax returns, other formalities with relevant authorities and prepare yearly tax reconciliation
- Assisting financial analysis to Business Controller with data supporting
- Preparing all documents for internal and external audit
- Providing internal training in team, monitoring the update of SOP
- ERP internal trainer of local ACBS finance team as Key User of ERP system
- Implementation of the high-efficient solutions and develop the accounting procedure introduced by ACBS
- Undertaking all other normal actions and duties as ACBS Team Leader
Experience requirements:
- Experienced in accounting in multinational enterprise at least over 6 years, (1 years’ experience at a supervisory position)
- Solid understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential
- Be familiar with taxation, experienced in annual income tax reconciliation is priority
- Be familiar with supporting processes of external and internal audit
- Knowledge of ERP system, BPCS is priority
- Documented leadership skills
Knowledge / Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Very good knowledge of English in both writing and speaking
- Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel
- CPA or equivalent is preferable
