Responsibilities: 
1.1Work with R&D to introduce the new project / products in factory, including the schedule and issues in pilot run.
1.2Analyze the new product specification, evaluates test result & test samples with QE. 
1.3Create the engineering documentation, such as SOP/Drawing/Flow chart/BOM. 
1.4Work with QE & Production supervisor to solve the quality problem in floor. 
1.5Follow up the engineering changes. 
1.6Source and evaluate the new material / tooling. 
1.7Modify and improve process. 

Requirement: 
2.1A Bachelor\\\'s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Engineer or Chemical or relevant majors.
2.2More than 5 years working in Engineering experience.
2.3Knowledge in engineering and quality theory. 
2.4Familiar with office MS, good command of English both in reading & written. 
2.5Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.
