Position/Job Description:
Reports to NPD department manager and will be involved in new product development.
Essential Duties:
1、Mechanical design for new product according to *** process
2、Take lead from R&D as a technical contact window to coordinate lab, compliance, packaging, factory or OEM suppliers
3、Design Improvement and technical issues solving
4、Drawing making , BOM and IPL creating, Tolerance calculation
5、ECR/ECO releasing
6、Support activities of Cost Reduction, Quality improvement from design point of view
7、Internal and external design review
8、Test plan review with lab
9、GTR application, STEP update
10、Related documents uploading in HPM according to ***
11、Prototype preparation, assembly and test follow-up.
12、Other temporary tasks that group manager allocates
Qualifications:
Education:
1Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Experience:
1、Above 3 years of working experience in mechanical design including components knowledge of plastic, die-casting, stamping, power metal and machining
2、Prefer to have 2 years of experience for electric power or garden tools design
3、2 years of experience for 3D software, Catia is preferred
Languages:
1、Fluent English in written and oral is perfect
