*生产现场问题的解决，定义问题原因，制定解决措施，确保措施落实到位
Resolve assembly line issue, identify root cause, figure out solution, make sure the solution be implement
*熟悉发动机产品结构和原理
Familiar with engine structure and elements
*良好的电脑操作技能。
Good command of PC skill.
*良好的交流能力以及良好的团队合作能力。
Good Communication ability and a good team worker.
*良好的学习能力。
Good learning capability.
*有较好的英语基础。
Good base and foundation of English.

Education and Experience Requirements：
*本科毕业，机械工程、电气工程、自动化控制、工业技术等专业毕业
Bachelor’s degree, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automatization control, industry technology or equivalent
*两年以上工程技术从业经验，熟悉制图、识图，能够独立解决工程技术问题，有发动机背景优先
Minimum 2 years engineering working experience, familiar with drawing and understand drawing, can resolve engineering issue on his own, engine background preferred
