职位描述

岗位职责 Job responsibility：

1、 负责有关供应商开发、审核、管理

   Responsible for the supplier development, auditing and management

2、 理解美国产品经理的新产品开发要求并与供应商清晰沟通，帮助他们明确技术和商务方案的要求，做好沟通桥梁。协助新产品开发顺利按计划完成

Understand the new product development requirements of US product manager and communicate clearly with suppliers, to help them identify technical and business requirements as the communication bridge. To assist in the development of new products successfully completed as planned

3、 跟进工艺品的打样和采购工作，密切关注订单交货动态，定期向上级和美国总部报告采购周期及库存等信息

Follow the process of sampling and procurement work, pay close attention to order delivery status, regularly report to the leaders and the US headquarters team about lead time, the inventory status and other information

4、 安排公司样品展览室的摆放、管理，接待客人的看样、访问

Manage & maintain the showroom samples layout, responsible for the customer reception & visiting arrangement

5、 能经常出差，协同第三方机构审核工厂或出货前检验

Can travel frequently, cooperate with the third party to audit the plant or pre-shipment inspection



任职要求Job requirement：

1、 有电子、电器成品采购经验，熟悉采购工作的流程和工作重点

Have electronic, electrical product procurement experience, familiar with the procurement process and work focus

2、 英语听、说、读、写流利，优秀的口语和书面英文沟通能力

English listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently, excellent communication skill in both oral & written

3、 有机械、电子工厂的学习或工作背景为佳，能看懂工程图纸

Having mechanical, electronic factory learning or work background is better, can read engineering drawings is prefer

4、 学习能力强，很快掌握有关产品的技术知识，能适应有挑战的工作

Strong learning skills on knowledge of the related product, and adaptable to challenging work

5、 性格外向，优秀的谈判能力，良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神

Outgoing, excellent negotiation skills, good coordination skills and team spirit

6、 熟悉工艺品采购优先，了解美国零售品市场或代理商情况，了解外贸物流知识

Familiar with art crafts products is a plus, understand the US retail market agents, Understand foreign trading logistics process
