Main Accountabilities
? Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
? Ensure a highly professional representation of the company and the respective image of the General Manager Office.
? Manage the General manager calendar, requiring interaction with both internal and external partners, as well as customers, to coordinate a variety of complex management meetings
? Coordinate cross-functional internal and external interfaces of the General Manager in cooperation with Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs
? Prepare and conceptualize selected topics for the above mentioned areas, create presentations, speeches, workshops, meeting material and protocols (e.g. for board meetings)
? Research, select, analyze and prepare data / information required by the General Manager, Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs
? Monitor and / or lead selected projects, reports and other critical issues in the relevant areas in regards to quality, quantity, time, budget, etc., in consultation with the responsible supervisor.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
? Min. 5 years of administrative work experience in an executive environment
? Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
? Knowledge of executive office practices and procedures
? High level organizational and planning skills, judgment and decision-making ability, initiative, confidentiality, attention to detail and accuracy and flexibility
? Fluent English in written and verbal communication, second foreign language desirable
