职位描述

Primary Function
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for continoous improvement of the ITS Quality System. This position will ensure ITS standardized quality metrics are routinely distributed and reviewed, enhance supplier quality through supplier and ITS design interface and lead the organization to improved quality levels while reducing cost of quality and increasing customer satisfaction. The Quality Assurance Manager will work with Business Unit teams to develop plans for reducing the dependency on receiving inspections, rework, and warranty expense, while building a proactive quality process through early involvement with new product development, design review and internalexternal VOC data. This position is responsible for driving and sustaining continuous lean process improvement throughout the organization, including both the manufacturing processes and the office processes. They will prioritize and execute training and deploy the tools, principals, and processes that eliminate waste.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Manager leads the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of Quality systems in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and direct the activities of the quality processes. This includes but is not limited to the assignment of projects, discipline, training, performance reviews, hiringtermination, etc.
- Evaluate and enhance Quality standards, technologies and approaches. In particular, lead efforts to implement more extensive quality assurance practices for new products as well as continuous improvements to current products.
- Develop a modernized Supplier Quality Assurance program supported by a Supplier Quality Manual, First Article Inspection requirements, supplier request for deviation process and an overall supplier corrective action program.
- Ensure the timely and effective resolution of VOC quality issues by communicating quality issues to appropriate management staff, organizing cross-functional teams to achieve product resolution and continuous product improvement.
- Establish a sustainable culture of continuous improvement, acceptance of outside ideas, and leading edge work processes.
- Develop, implement and execute continuous process improvement plans throughout the organization.
- Responsible for the ISO documentation control and all audits regarding any certifications required by ITS.
Requirements
- Strong communication skill to internal and external (customer and suppliers) with Excellent English
- Hands-on and strong work experience in mechanical industry
- Good education with High energy
