职位描述

工作职责：

Responsibilities

1. 主导新产品的试产、跟踪和总结

Lead and follow up the new product trial production 

2. 新产品评审时，能够及时提出及准备产品需要的设备，工装等

Propose and prepare related equipment and tools after new product reviewing 

3. 试产中遇到的试产异常，能够提出相应的改善方案

Raise improvement solution for the problem during trial production 

4. 评审***文件和工艺技术

Review customers’ document and technology



职位要求：

Requirement

1. 大专以上学历

College degree above

2. 具备SMT工艺工程相关经验，有EMS行业工作经验更佳

With SMT process engineering related experience, with experience in EMS industry will be preferred

3. 能够独立主导新产品的导入 

Able to lead new product introduction independently 

4. 熟悉电子产品的成产流程，熟悉电子产品结构，

Familiar with electronic production process and structure

5. 具备良好的组织和沟通能力

With good organization and communication skills

6. 良好的英语读写能力

Good at speaking and writing English
