Position Summary
Assess the control environment of all China Entities to determine the level of testing required to ensure SOX compliance.
Prepare and execute detailed audit programs tailored on all China Entities - to identify potential risks according with the SOX requirements. Adequate document work performed in working papers with appropriate evidence for conclusions reached.
Prepare written reports summarizing findings along with recommendations for improvement.

Job Responsibility
1.Work with Corporate Internal Auditor to assist implementing SOX documentations as well as Standard Operation Procedures for all the China operations.
2.Assist the Corporate Internal Auditors to perform internal audit for all China operations
3.Assist China management to make sure effective and adequate controls are in place for the ERP system implementation throughout China operations.
4.Build partnership with departments and functional managements to develop and maintain a strong company culture to support its mission and vision;
5.Plan and supervise internal auditsinspections to ensure the compliance of Corporate policiesprocedures and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal accounting procedures and operating systems and controls.
6.Meet with China management team as well as individual JV management at all levels to discuss audit results and make recommendations to resolve audit findings requiring corrective actions.
7.Coordinate and interact with external audit for any internal controls findings during their annual audits for China operations.
8.Perform special audit-related projects or other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement
- 4 years or above “Big 4” auditing experience; Previous SOX experience preferred;
Strong US GAAP experience preferred;
- Familiar with risk - based audit approach and capable of identifying and resolving complex control issues;
- Good English ability in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
