职位描述

·A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in Product Design and Development is required.本科学士学历，7年电子/电气/电源工程师，从事产品设计与研发的经验。

· Fluency in Mandarin and English. 流利的母语及英语

· Experience in switch mode power supplies (full bridge, half bridge and power converters), electromagnetic design, embedded micro-controlled systems design and control loop theory is necessary. 精通开关电源（全桥，半桥拓扑的电源变换器）的电、磁硬件方面的设计，熟练掌握控制环路的原理，方法。如果，同时具有嵌入式硬件平台及其软件的设计能力，则是更好的。

· Demonstrated ability in helping form customer driven specifications, project planning, design, testing and transitioning designs into production. 有能力了解掌握客户的产品需求，（客户需要什么），制定项目推进计划，设计开发，测试新产品，并将新产品顺利的转入生产环节

· Candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation and excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. 必须有良好的团队精神，积极向上，主动推进，善于与团队成员沟通协调。

· US travel will be required for Transfer of Technology projects and within China for Voice of the Customer driven product development. 当从事“技术、产品转移”类的项目时，必要情况下，需要到美国总部出差。


任职要求：

· Candidate should also have experience designing products to international standards, including CCC and IEC. 

要对于电焊机有关的国际技术标准，如IEC， UL， CSA， 及国标等，非常熟悉，以变设计的产品满足各个国家区域的特定标准及指令要求。

· Experience working on international technology transfers to China.了解掌握，如何将国外的相关技术（设计技术，生产技术）向中国转移。

. Project management and design for manufacturing skills with experience working abroad is preferred. 

如具有，项目管理经验，面向生产制造的设计能力及经验，则更优。

· Possess basic knowledge of welding processes and applications and associated equipment requirements. 

如掌握基本的焊接原理、焊接工艺等知识，则更优。
