任职要求 
Education and working experience ： 
-polytechnic school or above, major in welding, mechanical engineering, materials science/metallurgy, or mechatronics 
-中专或以上学历，材料、焊接、机械或机电一体化专业，必须有很强焊接专业知识。 
Has 3 years experience in welding sales, 5 years experience in sales manager position, good interpersonal skill and communication skill 
-有3年以上的焊接销售经验者并有5年以上销售经理职位经验，需仪表大方，性格外向，擅交际 
-Skilled in leadership of sales team, 
-具有的优秀营销团队领导力 
-Skilled in sales promotion, strategic planning, and operation; 
-具有的优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力； 
-Develop market opportunities and targeted customers, establish effective communication and cooperation with Key account customer, 
-开发市场机会，发展目标客户群，与客户建立有效的沟通和合作 
-Skilled in the sales network setup and management, 
-具有销售渠道的开发及管理技巧。 
Knowledge（知识） 
-Knowledge in sales; 
-具有全面的销售知识。 
-Familiarity in welding
