职位描述:
As product engineer CTS, you play a key role in the development of new CTS products. Simultaneously you ensure continuous improvement of the current generation of CTS products and deliver professional support the CTS organization in China.
You:
1.	Develop the CTS products based on the requirement from the market, following up the committed time/cost and quality requirements.
2.	Comply with the standard product development process.
3.	Design the products, release drawings and BOM
4.	Work closely with Sourcing, Production, Quality, Marketing and Aftermarket department in order to deliver the project according to the deliverables defined in the Master Spec.
5.	Continuously find better ways in design to make the products easier to manufacture and improve the quality of manufacturing
6.	Write functional specs and define the test program to ensure the new products meet the right quality level.
7.	Investigating field complaints and prepare technical solutions together with the Technical Support, Sourcing, Production, Quality and suppliers
8.	Support the different customer centers in finding technical solutions
9.	Interact with other Product Companies and Asia Pacific Distribution Center on the CTS process to release kits & spares
10.	Support the CTS purchasing department in the Asia Pacific Distribution Center on localization and resourcing projects
Experience requirements
Technical background
Experience in a product engineering environment is a plus
Knowledge/Educational requirements
1.	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2.	Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
3.	Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors is a plus
4.	Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and ERP systems is an asset
