JOB DESCRIPTION:
As Technical Support, you give support to our Customer Centers by providing technical assistance and implementing solutions for quality problems based on active field follow-up.
You will also manage the pricing of the spare parts
1. Continuously improve the product quality by a proactive and accurate failure reporting follow up.
2. Are the driving force in the technical committee meetings (TCM) by following up and supporting the engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to solve quality problems
3. Analyse warranty claim reports and follow-up critical parts failures
4. Offer timely day to day service support to all the Customer Centers, including release of Service Bulletins
5. Lead the investigation of returned parts
6. Actively participate in the development of new products and give support regarding serviceability during the project phase
7. Give support regarding spare parts and kits to Customer Centers and Distribution Centers
8. Set up and maintain spare part sales prices
Experience requirements
1. Minimum 3 years product design and development experience in machine engineering, preferable in compressor packaging
2. Experience in a service environment is a plus.
Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. University degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related area.
2. Good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
3. Good Software skills (Lotus Notes, MS Office)
4. Being familiar with oil injection screw compressors is a plus

1. Good analytical skills
2. Strong interpersonal communication and team work
3. Being able to work independently
4. Customer oriented.
