职位描述:
1. Conduct commercial survey in term of price and other commercial issues, identify potential sourcing opportunities and supplier candidates, initiate and coordinate the qualification effort for vendor/product development;
2. Coordinate between design and supplier, provide the optimized solutions for relative new products development;
3. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and set up long-term agreements with key suppliers;
4. Maintain a long term relationship with suppliers, monitor supplier Key Performance Indicators, and continuously provide training to improve supplier performance.
5. Coordinate supplier relationship with Quality, Engineering and other departments for all kinds of issues;
6. Participate in global supplier chain activities with a focus on strategic cost management across Chinese supplier base;
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in technical or commercial field;
2. Have e at least 5 years working experience in blower industry ;
3. Speak and write fluent English;
4. Have strong communication skills, Open-minded and a good team player
5. Experience with SAP System is a plus
