职位描述

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Planning: The supply chain manager directs the process which includes the planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution. The manager ensures that every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
2.New Products Development: Coordinate with customers for new product development. Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving possible issues related to tooling, materials, lead time.
3.Vendor Management: The supply chain manager must manage the relationships between many different vendors and information technology systems. She/he must keep the material or services flowing smoothly.
4.Team Building: Supply chain manager needs to train, develop, mentor and assist his subordinates in all of the departments that fall within the supply chain process. It is essential that the various components of the team function effectively. Constant process and employee review is needed to ensure that the process stays cost effective.
5.New system implement: Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving possible issues related new system implement, such as JDA and SAP

REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration or equivalent from an accredited university
?Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, back end manufacturing, or comparable business function. Experience in the mechanic tools industry is highly preferred.
?Ability to manage a high degree of complexity; strong problem solving and analytical skills
?Capacity to work in a global, cross-functional organization
?Demonstrated leadership ability and effectively manage talent.
?Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions
?Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills
?Ability to balance workload and achieve key deliverables

?Ability to travel, both domestic and international, as needed to support job scope.
