Report to: Plant Manager and Asia Engineering Manager
Major Tasks and Level Accountability:
?Project Management of global projects, direct responsibility
?Team Management, Conflict Management and Leadership
?Manufacturing fixture design and development, direct responsibility
?Product improvement and cost down, direct responsibility
?Cost Down Initiatives, direct responsibility
?Co-development of innovative manufacturing processes
?Need to work on and coordinate multiple, global projects.
?Need to work in a global, multi-functional team environment
?Assign and balance internal team and external supplier resources to complete activities.

Knowledge and Skills:
?Possess well-developed interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
?Project management mandates, practices, and proper procedures.
?Strong inter-personal skills. Capable of interacting with internal employees and external suppliers.
?Various working knowledge of the manufacturing of mechanical components. Working knowledge of mechanisms with actual practical experience.
?FMEA practices
?Proficiency with MS Office software, including MS Project and Excel.
?Self motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
?Think creatively to develop ideas that can be protected by patents.
