Position/Job Description:职位描述
The successful candidate will be involved in on PI/Transfer project and product maintenance.
The candidate will also partly support packaging design for NPD and Maintenance.
参与PI/转移项目和产品维护。支持新产品开发和维护的包装设计。
Essential Duties主要职责:
? Technical issues solving.解决技术问题。
? Support project development.支持项目进展。
? Support activities of Cost Reduction, Quality improvement from technical point of view
从技术角度支持降低成本，提高质量。
? Information update in HPM, Smarteam, STEP, IPL.HPM, Smarteam, STEP, IPL的信息更新。
? Packaging design related to Carton Box, Decal, Manual etc.
纸箱、产品图片、手工等包装设计。
? Other temporary task 其他领导分配的任务。
Qualifications:资质要求
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
机械工程或相关专业本科学历
? Good knowledge in mechanical design including components knowledge of plastic, die-casting, stamping, power metal and machining
良好的机械设计知识，包括塑料、压铸、冲压、动力金属和机加工的零件知识
? Ability of solving problems.问题解决能力
? Good communication skills in writing in English
良好的英语书面沟通能力
? Be familiar with product development process in general 熟悉产品开发流程
? Good team player, strong desire to learn.良好的团队合作精神，强烈的学习欲望。
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering field. 本科或者本科以上学历，机械工程相关专业。
Experience:经验：
Above 3 years of experience for Petrol/Electric products design such as Chainsaw, Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer and Blower.
3年以上引擎/锂电产品设计经验，如电锯，修剪机，树篱修剪机和鼓风机。
2 years of experience for 3D software, Catia is preferred
2年3D软件工作经验，Catia优先。
Familiar with material, structure, process, printing technology and testing of product packaging is plus.
熟悉产品包装的材料、结构、工艺、印刷技术和测试优先。

English & Mandarin英语和普通话
Skills and Capabilities:
1. Good English skills in writing 读写英语流利
2. Familiar with office software 熟悉办公软件
