Position/Job Description:
Reporting to Light Ag. Design manager, RD Center CNZ. Be responsible for OEM project development and product maintenance.
Main tasks include:
？ Product design & improvement in both OEM project and product maintenance
？ Project technical document management in system like HPM, Smarteam, STEP.
？ Participate project meeting and visit OEM supplier
？ Interaction with stakeholders in project
？ Other temporary task
Essential Duties:
？ Understand project scope to implement design activity
？ Follow Husqvarna product development process in OEM project, PI/CI project.
？ Adhere to project schedule with owned activity
？ Collaboration with other team member in project
？ Raise up red flag to project manager and line manager if necessary
Qualifications:
Education:
？ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering field or related area
Experience:
？ Above 3 years of experience for Petrol products design such as Chainsaw, Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer, Blower, Sprayer, Tea leaves harvester, Pruner
？ Above 2 years of experience for 3D software, Catia is preferred
Languages:
？ English in written is essential, And spoken is preferred.
Skills and Capabilities:
？ Be familiar with DFEMA
？ Be familiar with statistical analysis software like Minitab,PowerBI
？ Be familiar with office software
？ Be familiar with product development process
？ Be familiar with plastic, die-casting, stamping, powder metallurgy from design to manufacturing
？ Risk awareness
？ Good team player
？ Strong learning ability
