职位描述

Position/Job Description:
· Coordinate/support/lead HOS activities in factories
· Coach factories regarding HOS structure, priorities, methods and tools
· Help develop general HOS roll out plans and Kaizen activities, training HOS tools and methods
· Monitor/drive implementation plans in pursuit of plant goals, coach in KPI and project monitoring
· Lead/support workshops and events
· Conduct lean training
Preferred qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of lean manufacturing experience,
· Lean manufacturing certification is desired
· Demonstrated continual education on the subject of lean manufacturing is desired.
Skills and Capabilities:
· Previous experience leading a lean transformation for factories and
· Practical experience leading kaizen events and teaching and coaching lean manufacturing tools
· Practical experience implementing lean manufacturing tools
· Excellent leadership skills and ability to teach, coach and persuade in English and in Chinese
· Strong coordinating, interpersonal, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills
· Good personal computer skills, to include but not limited to Microsoft office software applications
· Know manufacturing engineering knowledge about machining process .
