职位描述

Responsibilities:
- Fulfill the sales/margin target for the defined business area in China set up by the company;
- Develop sales plan and execution to deliver the results.
- Maintain effective budgetary controls of sales expense
- Supervise, direct and motivate subordinates up to the company’s expected levels of salesmanship
-Measure sales results against plan and take appropriate actions.
- Ensure field strategies and activities complied with corporate objectives.
- Appraise subordinates’ performance periodically
- Maintain on-going relationship with customers and distributors
- Co-ordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Any other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:
- Industrial professional with min 5 years experience in the welding industry. Understand market/clients requirements in the industries.
- 5+ years sales
- Strong sales techniques, Strong sales management skill. Good leadership, good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- In-depth knowledge in consumable selling and distributor management
- Good analytical and communication skill, able to work independently
- Willing to travel within China
