Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain end user and distributor relationships by telephone and occasional visit customers.
Set regular call cycle
Achieve daily target of outward calls
Find lost aftermarket customers and recover business
Promote aftermarket service contracts and other products as directed
Telemarketing and telesales activity as required
Generate and validate leads for cutting sales force
Desk top market research
Any other tasks assigned by line manager
