职位描述

Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1.负责区域经销商的开发；
Responsible for developing regional dealer sales;
2.负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售指标；
Responsible for the regional sales strategy & execution, complete the sales target;
3.具有敏锐的市场眼光，支持经销商完成项目销售；
Identifies end-user sales opportunities and supports dealer efforts to close business;
4.鉴别经销商店面的位置并协助经销商的开店工作；
Identifying the location for store/shop and provide assistant for store opening.
5.了解市场，准确把握市场同类产品的价格定位；
Explore the market information, grasp the price position of similar products in the market
6.能准确传达公司市场走向和最新产品，及时反馈经销商的需求；
Convey the market direction and new products accurately, timely feedback to the dealers;
7.熟悉销售流程，与相关部门同事沟通合作，确保订单顺利执行； 
Familiar with the sales process, and have a good communication and co-operation with relevant departments colleagues to ensure the smooth implementation of the orders;
8.跟踪客户订单，及时向客户反馈订单进展情况，提高客户满意度；
Tracking customers’ orders, timely feedback to the customer order progress, improving customers’ satisfaction;
9.定期对客户回访，了解并挖掘客户新需求，管理维护客户关系；
Regularly make customer visits, understand and tap new customer needs, manage and maintain customer relationships;
10.经销商处获得预定单；
Got Pre-book from dealers;
11.帮助不同的经销商分析市场，并针对不同的门店给予有效的方法，帮助其销售业绩成长；
Help different dealer do market analysis and give effective method to different store to make the sales growth.
12.学习和分享不同经销商的成功经验，帮助经销商及其员工提高自身能力；
Learn and share successful experience from different dealers and help dealers and employee improve their own ability;
13.帮助和指导经销商做好骑行俱乐部和活动推广。
Help and guide dealers do cycling club and promotion activities.

Job Requirements 任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，有5年以上管理和开发经销商渠道销售经验，热爱自行车行业，有自行车行业工作背景优先；
Bachelor and above degree, more than 5 years’ experience developing and managing dealer sales,, bike lover, bicycle industry background is preferred.
2.良好的团队合作意识、客户服务意识强。能接受长期出差；
Good sense of teamwork, and a strong sense of customer service. Can accept biz trip for long time;
3.有良好的英语听说读写能力为佳。
Good English in writing, reading and speaking is a plus.
