职位描述

主要工作职责：
1. Supplier quality responsibility & accountability for the responsible Product Group along the product life cycle.
2. PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR release.
3. Complaint management & defective cost management (details: s. RASIC chart ).
4. Blocked stock handling & Concession handling.
5. Represent Purchasing in Plant Point-CIP activities.
6. Measure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIs.
7. Operative handling of quality cost reimbursement.
8. Trigger escalation of supplier (as input of Q-escalation process).


主要任职要求：
1. Bachelor\\\'s degree or above with major in Mechanical, Electric or Electron or Quality Assurance or equivalent. Rich experience with over 10years will be a exemption.
2. 3 years minimum experience in mechanical or Ele. production quality control, or supplier quality and development .
3. Be familiar with supplier audit ( i.e. VDA6.3, ISO9001, TS16949, process audit, CSR audit, N2580 verification) .
4. Good skills in 8D report, quality preventive and problem solving, root cause analysis and quality tools practical applying .
5. Good English in oral and technical discussion with worldwide stakeholders and suppliers .
6. Be familiar with MS office software, proficient in excel, power point and power BI .
7. Able to work independently, can complete tasks under adverse condition and pressure with frequently domestic travelling .
