职位描述

1. Responsible for Power tool switch and EMC test, analysis, design , test equipment maintenance and test equipment set up.
?负责电动工具开关及电磁兼容的测试，分析，设计，测试设备的维护及测试设备设计搭建。

2. Document in switch design booklet, support project team to select suitable switch or design a new switch to fulfill project requirements
?编写开关设计手册，支持项目组选择或者设计符合项目要求的开关。
?
3. According to internal requirements and related IEC standard, support project team to design the switch/ EMC test plan.
?根据内部要求和国际标准，支持项目组设计开关和EMC 的测试计划。
?
4. According to test plan, perform the switch/ EMC test for tools in both development phase and mass production, compile the test report, analyze the failures and provide improvement solution.
?根据相关的测试计划，给新研发或已量产的工具执行开关和EMC 的测试，编写测试报告，分析失效原因并提供有效的改进方案。
?
5. Maintain existing test equipment to make sure testing can proceed smoothly, design new switch test equipment according to updated requirement.
?维护现有的设备以确保测试可以平稳进行，并根据不断跟新的要求设计新的开关测试设备。
?
6. Cooperate with colleague in other regions to support global projects.
?与其它区域的同事合作支持一些全球的项目。
职位要求：
?
1. Automation, electronics, electronic information and related majors，master preferred
?自动化，电子技术，电子信息等相关专业，研究生优先。
?
2. Familiar with Altium Designer etc. EDA tools, analog and digital circuit design is preferred, especially BLDC/PMSM controller, frequency inverter, switching power supply.
?熟悉Altium Designer等辅助设计工具，懂得模拟数字电路设计的优先，特别是直流无刷或者永磁同步控制器，变频器或者开关电源。

3. Familiar with the switch/ EMC relevant IEC standard, have the testing experience of switch/ EMC is preferred.
?熟悉开关、EMC相关的国际标准，具有开关、EMC 测试经验的优先。

4. Familiar switch internal mechanicals, related material and failure mode knowledge is preferred.
?熟悉开关内部结构，相关材料和失效模式知识的优先。

5. Good at time management & system thinking, self-motivated, strong ownership, open mind, fast learning and team player
