职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Optimize warehouse operations process with lean method to improve working efficiency/ productivity
- Do differently with creative initiatives to achieve the KPI target
- Manage the task/ initiative by project approaching to actively drive the progress and result
- Deeply dive in lean manufacturing/ supply chain/ logistics areas to enhance/ improve the customer pull and supplier pull collaboration
- Other tasks assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or above, logistics or industrial engineering is preferred
- Related to 3-5 years experience in supply chain operations and plant logistics areas, especially the management experience related to planning/logistics and production functions
- Good at project management, certified PMP preferred
- Strong data analysis insights and process/ problem solving capability
- Professional communications skills and structured reporting skills
- Strong ownership to deal with ambiguity and show powerful leadership
- Result oriented
- Fluent English with both oral and written is must
