职位描述

1. 负责固结磨具类产品，如磨片、切片的性能测试，对比评估，完成测试报告，包括实验室测试及客户使用地测试；

2. 负责完成产品项目开发中相关技术文件、图纸、工程更改等的编制和系统维护；

3. 负责磨具产品质量改善、成本降低、产品创新；

4. 熟悉测试设备使用，负责制定测试设备操作指导，负责设计新测试设备规格书；

5. 负责产品设计功能的风险评估和分析；

6. 在新产品应用上为客户提供技术支持；

7. 设计并用标准文件记录所涉及的技术文件，如测试程序、手册，并按需求发展新的测试方法。

岗位要求：

1. 相关磨具磨料专业本科及以上；

2. 良好的沟通能力、快速学习能力；

3. 结果导向、客户导向；

4. 英语流利，能够用英文进行工作中沟通。

Responsibilities:

1. Beresponsible for BA product’s test execution, evaluation, comparison, and test reportin lab, and/or customer\\\'s jobsite.

2. Beresponsible for BA product engineering innovation, quality improvement, and costreduction.

3. Provideguidance and expertise sharing to team to ensure objectives are achieved.

4. Responsiblefor product function risk analysis.

5. Providetechnical support together with sales to customer on new product application atjobsite.

6. Design anddocument test procedures, manuals, develop standard or new testing systems.

Requirements:

1. Bachelordegree in abrasives engineering

2. Goodcommunications skills and quick learning capability;

3. Result,customer orientation.

4. Fluent Englishin spoken and writing.
