?-As experienced PUQ-engineer, you are responsible for the strategic purchasing quality activities throughout the whole purchasing process, including

?-Selection and evaluation of Power Tool suppliers, with an active role in sourcing decision and new suppliers’ introduction

?-Identify and implement supplier quality improvement projects, and lead on supplier quality development
?确定并实施供应商质量改进项目，并领导供应商质量发展
?-Conduct process audit and process confirmation at supplier site, identify risk/weak areas and drive for continuous improvement with timely follow-up of corrective actions’ closure
?在供应商现场进行过程审核和过程确认，确定风险/薄弱环节，并通过对纠正措施的关闭进行及时跟进来推动持续改进
?-Supplier monitoring and reporting with effective escalation management
?供应商监控和报告以及有效的升级管理
?-Quality complaints management with 8D approach

?-CSR assessments at suppliers, follow up and close corrective actions

职位要求：
?-Bachelor degree or above in electronics/mechanical
?电气/机械专业本科以上学历
?-Minimum 5 years work experiences in quality, or manufacturing related areas
?至少5年质量或制造相关领域工作经验
?-Supplier quality work experience in electronic parts, familiar with power tool business is preferred
?必须具有电子零件供应商质量工作经验，其中熟悉电动工具业务者优先
?-Advanced problem-solving capabilities
?优秀的问题解决能力
?-Consistent in keeping standard, and able to handle conflicts
