职位描述
工作职责:
-作为联系区域内各国销售团队和附件产品事业部的主要桥梁。
-制定区域内各国业务长期赢利增长的经营战略(包括产品、渠道、价格、营销等)。
-积极主动与附件产品事业部、相关国家销售团队合作,利用系统化工具(报表报告等)推动业务发展以达成商业目标和提升市场份额。
-与相关国家品牌经理依照市场定位和产品收益率进行价格管理,以保证和提升业务收益。控制协调区域内各国的利润率和销售成本,管理市场预算。
-对市场进行调查研究以确定市场需求和趋势, 在此基础上定义新产品及市场策略(包括产品性能、商业潜能和其他一些主要衡量指标)。
-与相关国家销售团队协作发展,执行有效的销售及渠道拓展概念与策略,并执行促销、公关活动和市场活动等。
-与产品经理团队、物流团队和相关国家销售团队协作确保新产品按时投放市场及订单满足率和库存目标。
-作为区域管理团队的顾问,协助团队经理的工作和项目执行, 帮助团队建立相应的能力知识。
任职要求
-硕士以上学历,市场营销、企业管理等相关专业优先考虑
-2年以上市场营销工作经验,工业产品或机械行业优先考虑
-具备前端销售及市场工作经验,熟悉本区域市场及工具类产品的经销渠道
-具备战略性思维及行动能力,具备市场客户导向意识,主动意识强
-流利的英语听说读写能力,能在全英语环境顺畅沟通
Responsibilities
-Act as the main interface between the Country Sales Organization (CSO) and Accessories Business Unit.
-Define responsible country’s business strategy (product, distribution, pricing, marketing, etc) for a long term profitable growth.
-Interactively work with BU & CSO to drive business development via systematic approaches (such as tools & reports) to achieve business targets and gain market share.
-Manage price to secure and improve profitability together with Regional Brand Manager according to market positioning and consolidated profitability. Monitor consolidated margins and country sales costs. Manage marketing budget.
-Conduct market research and investigation; identify market demand and trend to define country’s new product requirements and market strategy (including product features, business potentials, and key measures).
-Develop and implement effective sales and distribution concepts together with CSO. Coordinate with CSO to develop and implement effective promotions, PR actions, marketing events, etc.
-Coordinate with product management team, Logistics team and CSO to ensure on time delivery of new products and ensure service level and goods days’ stock targets achieved.
-Act as the consultant among the country management team, support team leader’s work and projects; help improve team members’ knowledge and ability.
Requirements
-Master degree, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Management
-2 years experience in marketing, preferably for industrial products or mechanical industry
-Work experience in front sales and marketing in depth know how of regional consumer good market and hardware distribution
-Strong communication skill, strategic thinkingaction, marketcustomer orientation, initiative
-Excellent English, able to communicate in fluent English
