职位描述
负责整机、子系统、零部件的有限元分析，包括跌落分析、强度分析、疲劳分析等，为产品团队的产品设计、设计更改提供专业技术意见
Responsible for FEA of bare tool, sub-system and component, including drop simulation, strength analysis, fatigue analysis, etc, provide professional technical advice on product design and design improvement
主动参与产品开发，宣传DfR思维，推进DfR在产品开发中的深入应用；
Active participate product development process, propagate DfR mindset within product team, promote application of DfR in product development
负责与有限元分析相关技术需求的辨识，寻找内部、外部供应商，合作解决关键基础问题；
Responsible for identification of technical needs related to FEA area, sourcing for internal/ external suppliers to solve key fundamental problem
参与博世全球的DfR全球网络，组织开展本地DfR项目、DfR培训等
Participate in Bosch global DfR network, organize and carry our local DfR project, DfR training, etc.
职位要求：
全日制硕士以上学历，扎实的理论基础，机械工程、工程力学等相关专业；
Master’s degree and above, major in mechanical engineering, engineering mechanics and related;
具备基本的英语交流能力（听、说、读、写）；
Basic skill in English communication;
在结构有限元分析领域，具有一定经验；
working experience in FEA;
熟练使用主流的有限元分析软件，包括但不限于Abaqus、Ansys，熟练使用主流的网格划分软件，如HyperMesh；
Experience in using main commercial FEA software, like Abaqus, Ansys, and meshing software like Hypermesh
熟悉疲劳理论，具有使用主流疲劳分析软件进行结构疲劳分析的经验，如nCode, MSC.Fatigue；
Familiar with fatigue theory, has experience in structural fatigue analysis using commercial fatigue analysis software, like nCode, MSC.Fatigue;
熟悉C/C++语言，有过使用C/C++语言编写用户子程序的经验优先考虑；
Familiar with C/C++ or Fortran, has experience in coding with Python;
团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力。
Has good team working spirit and good communication skill.
