职位描述

Responsibility
-Follow the project progress and ensure completion of deliverables characterizes of project phase or more sub phase on time.
-Handle unexpected issues within project and coordinate different parties.
-Organize FMEA, QFD, lead the engineering related discussion with suppliers.
-Be responsible for establishing BOM (Bill of Material), analyzing product defects, resolving technical problems. 
-Co-work with team members (marketing, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, logistic) to ensure the progress of the project.
-Follow the relevant standards, arrange the testing. Apply for the CB certification and other country approval. (e.g. CCC, KTL, SAA, etc.)

Requirements
-Bachelor and master degree of engineering background, Mechanical Engineering  Electrical Engineering  Electronics Engineering  Thermal treatment  Industrial Design, etc.
- 3 years experience in comparable industry
- Have knowledge in mechanical design, plastic molding, die casting, stamping, gear transmissions and electrical drives 
-Fluent written and oral command of English 
-Capable of team work and short term business trip. 
-Familiar with at least one of the following CAD software（Pro_E, UG, Solid Works, Auto_CAD）
-Candidates with more than one year project experiences are preferred.


工作职责：
-跟踪项目进度，确保供应商按时交付项目阶段成果。
-处理，协调项目进程中的突发事件。
-组织FMEA, QFD。与供应商技术讨论。
-建立BOM(Bill of Material),分析产品缺陷，解决技术问题。
-与项目组成员（市场、质量、生产、采购、物流）协调工作，确保项目进度。
-解读相关标准，安排产品测试。组织申请CB和相关的国家认证（CCC, KTL, SAA等）。


岗位要求：
-本科或以上学历，工科背景，机械电气电子材料热处理工业设计等
- 3年以上相关行业工作经验 
- 熟悉机械设计，塑料模具，压铸，冲压，齿轮传动，或电力驱动
-具备良好的英语读、写、听、说能力
-适应团队合作，和短期出差
-至少了解以下一种绘图软件（Pro_E, UG, Solid Works, Auto_CAD）
-具备一年以上项目工作经验者优先考虑
