职位描述

工作职责：

- 在供应商现场进行生产、装配过程确认，预防质量问题的发生；

- 及时向公司内部汇报过程确认中发现的重大不符合项，以备决策例如要求供应商问题解决之前停线；

- 跟踪供应商针对VQ及生产过程中质量问题的整改措施，现场验证整改措施落实情况及有效性；

- 支持现场验证供应商针对客户投诉及质量保证期内的质量改进措施；

- 负责供应商质量管理及质量改进。包括：定义及执行供应商质量协议，质量升级管理，供应商能力提升及供应商发展等。



任职要求：

- 机械或者电气专业本科学历

- 至少5年质量或者生产领域工作经验，优先考虑具有3年以上电动工具或者园林工具从业经验者；

- 精通质量工具，如8D、Poka-Yoka、失效模式分析、控制计划等，优先考虑具有注塑经验者;

- 具备很强的主动解决解决问题的能力；

- 坚持质量要求标准，能很好处理冲突;

- 愿意经常性出差

- 有很好的团队合作精神，沟通、合作及协调技巧；

- 能在全英语环境顺畅沟通；

- 精通Word, Excel, Powerpoint等办公软件





Responsibilities:

-Perform process confirmation at suppliers sites(Go to Gemba, to be preventive)

-Report process deviation immediately for decision, including stop line at suppliers

-Follow up suppliers actions of VQ failures, process deviation with on-site verification

-Support on-site verify customer complaints and warranty improvement actions

-Lead supplier quality management and improvement. Including: define and execute supplier failure rate agreement; quality escalation management; supplier enabling and development etc.



Requirements:

-Bachelor degree in mechanical/electric

- Minimum 5 years work experiences in quality or manufacturing field. Prefer at least 3 years experience in power tool/lawn and garden tool industry.

- Good knowledge of quality tools, eg 8D, Poka-Yoka,FMEA, Control Plan. Prefer with good knowledge of plastic injection process.

-Strong ability on problem solving with initiatives.

- Consistent in keeping standard, and able to handle conflicts

-Willing to travel frequently

-Good team work spirit, cooperation and coordination skills

-Excellent English, able to communicate in fluent English

-Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
