根据目标市场的需求，负责新型特种空气螺杆压缩机的设计开发。
Responsible for new special compressor design based on the requirements from the target markets.
对工厂、销售、市场、服务以及客户提供技术支持。
Product technical support to the factory, sales, marketing, service and customer.


Principal Responsibilities:

1.提供详细的机械模块与系统的设计以符合成本与周期的目标要求。
1. Provide concept and details designs of mechanical module/system within cost and timing target.
2.使用软件绘制新产品的三维模型，并绘制具有详细技术要求的工程图纸，准备相应的技术资料以及BOM清单。
2. Develop 3D models of new product and generate the engineering drawings with specifications, prepare related technical documents and BOM.
3.根据部门所规定的流程发放工程修改单。
3. Engineering Change Request releases consistent with department procedure.
4.为分析产品质量问题、寻找根本原因提供技术支持。
4. Product technical support to analysis quality issue, finding root cause.
5.不断调查、研究、应用新技术以提高质量、降低成本并采取行动来实施。
5. Continuously improve quality and save cost by investigation, research and application of new technologies.
6.参与建立公司标准化零件与技术资料的数据库。
6. Participate in establishing the databases of standard parts and technical documents.
7.在所有技术问题上保持与供应商紧密合作，并对采购的零部件进行评估。
7. Work closely with suppliers in all technical matters and evaluate purchased components.
8.为销售部、市场部提供产品的培训资料以及进行相应的产品培训。
8. Support sales/marketing to prepare training material as well as this kind of training.



Job Requirements:

1. 本科或以上学历，机械设计、机械制造、压缩机或其他工程类专业毕业。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, compressors, or other engineering majors.
2. 五年或以上机械产品设计的工作经验。
2. At least 3 years’ working experience of mechanical product design and development.
3. 熟悉机械零件及结构设计以及相关的制造技术，尤其是机械加工、铸造、钣金和管道。
3. Good knowledge of mechanical part, structural design and corresponding manufacturing technology especially machining, casting, sheet metal, piping.
4. 熟练操作Inventor、Pro/Engineer或者其他三维设计软件。
4. Skilled in use of Inventor, Pro/Engineer or other 3D solid modeling software.
5. 具备较强的创新能力和解决问题的能力。
5. With strong innovation skills and problem solving skills.
6. 英语读写流利。
6. Fluent spoken and written English.
