POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1.	Develop rotary compressor, include global and regional project
2.	Technical support to the factory, sales, marketing and customer


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.	New Product Development: Customer VOC, Product design, EB assembly and testing, documentation preparation…
2.	Technical Support to analysis quality issue, finding root cause and provide reasonable solution
3.	According to the feedback from service and customer and make related engineering change
4.	Support sales/marketing on technical questions;
5.	Support special order
6.	Support factory operations


Qualifications:

1.	Bachelor degree or above. The major could be mechanical or related subject;
2.	5 years’ experience in related industrial; at least 3 years working experience in compressor product design and technical sustaining;
3.	Fluent English level in writing, reading and speaking;
4.	Familiar with Pro-E, AutoCAD, UG or related design software;
5.	Familiar with product design criterion both in US and local ;
6.	Familiar with NPD developing process, manufacturing process, quality and cost control;
7.	Have self-initiative working attitude and can work under pressure;
