POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The CRM Specialist will manage the order process in China by handling and supporting sales, marketing for Club Car businesses. They will coordinate the order flow activities across departments and geographical locations in order to ensure we meet our commitments to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Coordinate among factory, dealers and customers, make sure order entries from customers are correct and shipping time can be accepted by customer
? Ensure the order entrance to manufacturing, shipping, invoicing as factory confirmed to the customers.
? Respond to customer inquiries regarding the status of order, respond to any changes, delays or problems in manufacturing or shipments
? Accompany with QA department to solve customers’ complaints, try to meet customers’ requirement.
? Update Monthly shipping ,margin, booking report, collect and summarize customers’ information for further business requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance.
? At least 2 years’ experience in market or sales analysis & management.
? Strong track record of project management with complex deliverables that impact business operations
? Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
? Experience in marketing or CRM will be a big plus, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure
? Excellent management, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
? Ability to effectively respond to dynamically changing work environment and to positively influence business outcomes
? Openness to work with different languages & cultures
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
