职位概述:

在呼叫中心主管的领导下,负责外呼和接听客户电话。准确理解并及时处理客户各类需求,同时完成相关数据的录入工作,聆听并真实传递客户各类心声,通过专业的服务为客户带去美好体验。
Under the leadership of the call center supervisor, is responsible for calling and answering customer calls. Accurately understanding and dealing with all kinds of demand of customers in time, completing the relevant data entry work at the same time, listening to the customers and passing their real feelings, bringing good professional service for the customer experience.


工作职责
1.	负责接听客户电话,准确理解客户需求,并及时协调和安排人员进行处理。
Responsible for answering customer calls, understanding customers’ needs accurately, coordinating and arranging personnel for processing timely.

2.	负责及时记录并传递客户投诉内容,督促相关部门进行后续处理。
Responsible for recording and passing customer complaints in time, and urging the relevant department for further processing.

3.	负责掌握各类系统操作,准确录入客户需求等各类信息。
Responsible for all kinds of system operation, inputting customer requirements and other kinds of information accurately.

4.	负责外呼电话的有效执行,真实记录并反馈客户心声。
Responsible for the effective implementation of outbound call, True record and feedback customer voice

5.	负责建立良好的客户关系,并按照规范的服务流程及时有效地为客户提供耐心周到的服务,致力于建立客户对公司品牌的忠诚度。
Responsible for establishing good customer relations, and in accordance with the specification of the service process timely and effectively ,providing customers with patience and thoughtful service,being committed to building customer brand loyalty to the company.




任职要求:

1.声音甜美,普通话标准,具亲和力,有较强的语言组织和口头表达能力,有良好的沟通协调能力;
The sweet voice, standard mandarin, affinity, better language organization and oral communication ability, good communication and coordination skills;

2.能够熟练运用各种电话技巧;
Able to use all kinds of telephone skills skillfully;

3.电脑操作熟练;
Computer operation skill;

4.具有较强的应变能力,思维敏捷、客户意识强,能承受工作压力;
Have better strain capacity, the thought is agile, a strong sense of customer, can work under pressure;

5.具有较强的工作责任心;
Have strong sense of responsibility;

6.具有团队合作精神 。
