职位信息
Key Responsibilities：
o Work with project team to improve product design, make the mold fabrication easy and easy molding.
o Prepare the mold specification for tooling and part cost quotation based on 3D drawing.
o Tooling design review (DFM) and approval to vendor for tooling build up.
o Capable to do mold flow analysis for plastic tooling and Magma for die casting analysis.
o Tooling schedule follow up and make sure there is no delay for each stage.
o Daily and weekly report update to supervisor.
o Maintain good communication and cooperation with internal customer and suppliers.
o Setting up meeting to coordinate the disagreement of schedule & quality
o Support MP tooling trouble shooting, including of tooling maintenance, increasing tooling capacity, auditing tooling performance.
o Tooling database & tooling system maintenance, including of tooling data & molding data input, timely update

Person Specifications
o A recognized college degree or above.
o 6 years or above relevant experience with good knowledge on plastic material property, scientific molding technology, tooling steel property.
o Can design the complex mold including over-mold, hot runner with multi-slide blocks, know how to choose the correct steel material for different plastic material.
o Excellent experience on optimization the mold design to reduce the injection cycle time and use the proper machine size to control the part cost.
o Can analyze the product design issues that may impact the mold fabrication, mold life and may cause the molding issues, and optimize the design accordingly.
o Be able to analyze dimension chain, well understand GD&T
o Excellent ability on tooling project management. Be sensitive on the potential schedule and technical risk. Get problems solved it in time. A person with PMP certificate will be priority but no limited.
o Good English written and reading. Speaking English will be priority but no limited.
o Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
o Able to work effectively.
