职责描述：
? Lead technology support engineers to introduce new technology and testing to support Battery Pack and Charger NPI project and mass production.

? Investigate and introduce new manufacturing technology and methodology (Laser Welding/Soldering/Etching, AOI, Wire Bonding, Screwing and Testing).

? Use Six Sigma principles to assure that new technical/process/equipment are capable of meeting performance and reliability.

? To be a mentor, coach for technical support engineers, support the engineers to define the objectives and DoE plan to develop new technology.

? Lead technical support team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges by enforcing DFM and DFT report for NPD projects.

? Interface with global team (Global AME team, manufacturing team, Mechanical &Electrical Engineering Team) for technology development and technical support.

? Coach engineers in projects to share technology and statistical analysis knowledge.

? Take part in fixture/machine RFQ review meeting from AME team when B&C AME fixture/machine development.

? Take part in new fixture/machine supplier’s qualification by supporting RFQ team.
