Key Responsibilities
? New Supplier evaluation \\\\ qualification approval \\\\ supplier education ( process control plan, SPC, P-FMEA) \\\\ Supplier overall development.
? Product, process and quality system audit, issue report, follow up non-conformities and ensure improvement and closure of deficiencies found in the audit for approved suppliers.
? NPD follow up and supplier documents preparation, to conduct EB/QB Pilot run audits etc.
? Manage the customer compliant and providing 8D CAR report on notification of client complaint.
? Handling the new product quality control from the new supplier pre-selection to mass production.
? Communicate with related department to ensure quality requirement are met.
? Conducting weekly, monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of supplier’s FPY report, audit issue, customer complaining issue, etc.
? Warranty quality issue handling/RMA (root cause analysis and corrective action follow up till closed).
? Periodic audits of supplier facilities/quality system to improve supplier yield, capacity, and the process capability with improvement actions.
? Follow training, coaching and related inspection, audit standard making.

Person Specifications
? Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical, Electron, or related field
? At least 3 years working experience for (supplier) quality management, Process Control or Engineering, and familiar with FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE etc. tools
? Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
? Good communication, and interpersonal skills
? Able to work independently and pro-actively
