岗位职责：
？ New project mechanical design
？ Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment
？ Provide solid modeling and prototype support on technology development and new product development projects.
？ Using sound engineering principles refine concepts into reliable designs that meet performance, compliance, product integrity and aesthetic requirements.
？ Generate part specifications, including detailed drawings and specifications.
？ Work with US designer to realize the concept in the CAD that could meet the target and cost.
？ Communicates with customers.
能力要求：
？ BS in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or Mechatronics.
？ Around 5-10 years’ experience in product development in high volume consumer products, vacuum cleaner, electric tool, robotics, kitchen product design experience is preferred.
？ Excellent Creo 3D CAD proficiency, at least 5000h equal to 3 years full time CAD work experience
？ Familiar with top-down design, Able to complete complex surface modeling independently
？ Good understanding of new product development process.
？ Good understanding of international safety standards and agency approvals on small appliances.
？ Design experience in multiple processes such as: plastic injection molding, die-casting, sheet metal, machining processes, and assembly processes.
？ Familiar with the mold structure of plastic mold and metal mold, familiar with the characteristics of plastic materials, product surface treatment process
？ Good knowledge of Design processes, including DFME, FEA, DFM etc.
？ Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment is essential
？ Professionally design and develop innovative design solutions and products in a fast-paced team environment.
？ Good command of English speaking and writing.
？ Occasional international travel to visit OEM suppliers or Vietnam factory may be required.
