Key Responsibilities
1.Executes routine payroll & benefits related job for expatriate staffs according to company C&B policies and procedures.
2.Seek improvement opportunities on payroll & benefits processes.
3.Attend to queries from employees relating to payroll & benefits.
4.Timely and accurately make some C&B report and analysis per request.
5.Assist to implement a variety of company’s C&B projects and activities.
6.Other required assignments.

Person Specifications
1.University degree, major in Human Resources or financial management is preferred.
2.Min. 2 years relevant experience in manufactures industries with good knowledge in the C&B area.
3.Good level written English, good oral English ability is preferred.
4.Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
5.Detail-oriented, analytical and meticulous.
6.Good time management and priority setting skill
7.Team player with positive attitude.
