Key Responsibilities
1. Support in delivering Advanced Quality Engineering, AQE Key Performance Index.
2. Support Tools, Battery, Motor, VE, by utilizing Quality team resources (IQC, SQE, AQE, QE, OQC, IPQC, RE, Motor Quality)
3. Publish weekly NPD Production Readiness Report to Global cross functional team starting before ESB and drive issues for closure before next build.
4. Develop check card, PFMEA, ***, etc. as per AME Manufacturing Flow together with ENG, QE, SQE, AME, IPQC.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects with cross functional team.
6. Lead global customer compliant and warranty issue resolution.
7. Support in contributing input for new suppliers’ assessment with cross functional team (Engineering, Purchasing, Quality)
8. Support the structure matrix development of MP and NPI to drive the design standardization
9. Lead the SPC establishment and improvement in NPI before ESB to QB

Person Specifications
1. Bachelor degree
2. min. 5 years working experience
3. stronger comprehensive abilities, like call meeting with cross-function global team, great cooperation with team) in NPD/Process/Quality with high degree of pro-activeness and initiative to drive for NPD and continuous improvement with the strong team spirit.
